Somehow, I doubt it. Two Vulcans of the same gender participating in a biologically-motivated mating ritual wouldn’t be logical. Fair and equal, maybe, but hardly based in any sort of logic.

This is the first time we get to spend an extended time in Spock’s quarters. They were only briefly seen in ‘THe Menagerie’.
At the time, the fans wanted a Vulcan episode. This was the response. Very well done, methinks.
