Star Trek 1x14 The Galileo Seven

Hive mind.

Congrats Lady D on 6K!

There are random acts of hivemind every day. Never ceases to amaze me.

Sooo, noobie how you liking Star Trek?

you honor me, my 10K lord and master. I am but your lowly disciple-bunny

I’m loving it! I have vague memories of it from when I was very young, but I never really sat down to focus on the show. Watching with you guys enhances my experience. The ephemera and insight you all offer allows me to have a deeper understanding of the series and how it compares to its spawn. Plus you guys answer my dumb questions without making me feel dumb…BONUS!

IMO, there are no dumb questions, especially with Star Trek. It’s all about sharing the love. I really dislike when they depict geeks like that in the media like, “Duh, Orion slave girls ran the syndicate not the males.” It continues the oppression we must endure at the hands of the populace. They feel we are insecure and must compensate. Not true. I’m very secure and embrace all things geeky. I am the harbinger of doom on all who oppress geekdom. Hear me Klingon roar!!

Dude I hear ya! You shameless let your geek flag fly. I, for one, enjoy being on the receiving end of your vast geekly knowledge. Thank you Obi-Wan!

Great to have you along for the ride. It’s fun seeing it through your fresh eyes.

Well said.
All our lives we have followed the rules of the non-Geeks.
We can be slaves OR WE CAN BE LYCANS!!!..

(ok…settle down thot…)

Good night and good frak.

Given that I kind of love Spock, well, I kind of love this episode. It’s fabulous. Even though the redshirts aren’t wearing red. :stuck_out_tongue:

Yes. And he’s even more awesome now.

LOL I thought that too - that Mears or Scottie would have to get it

I thought that guy looked familiar… and I was relieved when they didn’t redshirt the black man.

It was kind of ridiculous. Especially since there is like a 10 second delay when everyone else moves.

I am jealous of all of you who have this ornament. It sounds awesome.
