Spock is definitely the sexiest guy on the Enterprise.
I don’t know what it is but Shatner still doesn’t convince me as the leader, I’m hoping this changes soon.

This is also among my fav episodes. It exemplifies Kirk’s ability to do the impossible, change the rules, and win where all odds were against him.
He’s smart. and dark and handsome. And did I mention, really smart?
It might also be the hiding his emotions even though he really has them aspect, too.
But my “type” is tall and dark (and slender), all my favorite trek guys are like that. Oh, and my spouse. 
I’m not sure. It’s one of those sucky things when you know what it is when you see it. I’m watching “What are little girls made of” right now and I’m seeing a bit more of the leadership stuff going on. If I can figure out how to articulate it, I will do so.
