Didn’t know where to put this in the forum, but I thought some GWCers might be interested in it…
Stanford Engineering is offering their Artificial Intelligence class and Machine Learning class online this fall. You can enroll here: http://www.ai-class.com/ and here: http://www.ml-class.com/.
You do not get college credit, but you get a certificate of completion. There are two different tracks you can take (at least with the AI class). One is the basic track where you watch the lectures and have access to the course materials (homework and exams) after the advanced track as completed them. The advanced track has homework/quizzes and exams. Or you can choose to not officially enroll, and then I think you will be able to watch the lectures at some point.
Stanford has a good collection of online materials at least for (Computer Science-y topics). If you’re interested in learning, it’s a great way to learn at your own pace. Link to all Stanford classes with online material.
