ST:The Next Generation - Heart of Glory 1X20 2/9 @ 11PM ET

Cool to know

I feel like between you and Thot it’s like watching one of those old VH1 shows where bubbles popped up with background info about the music videos, except this is Star Trek lol.

speaking as one on the other end of that arrangement, it’s very cool of you to agree to that. extremely hard to be virtuous when there’s temptation in your own home

It’s cool how Worf participated in the death-yelling

“Is there any special arrangements you would like for the body?”

“It is only a empty shell now, please treat it as such.”

But first, go through his pockets.

like it was pure instinct. very cool

I like the choice of using closeup on the Klingons and Worf conversations. Makes it very intimate.

Worf should report the fact that they lied to his captain.

Very cool.

A Warning: A Klingon warrior is coming!!

The back wall of K’Nera’s bridge featured both the Federation and Klingon emblems, indicating the alliance.

The Klingon battle cruiser is stock footage from Star Trek: The Motion Picture.

This conversation is so good at characterizing the Klingon Empire and beliefs

Such a well-written episode, adding so much to Trek-lore.

since you mentioned the music 'talos, this part is fabulous (totes w/ the movie! makes me want to watch it again…)

“He’s a trained Klingon warrior. Perhaps more than you can handle.”

Love that.

I was about to quote the same thing. Hive mind, and awesomeness.

It doesn’t matter which series of Trek it is, I just love Klingon-centric episodes!

“I would rather die here than let the traitors of Kling pick the meat from my bones.”

Originally, Kling was supposed to be the Klingon homeworld. It was later changed to Qo’noS in Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country. Glad they changed it, Kling is weird.

Didn’t know that. Kling sounds like a cheesy villain name, though. Qo’noS is a better name

Worf’s reaction is great. He knows this guy is deluded but still allows him to die with honor.

“duty, honor, loyalty - without which a warrior is nothing
