The trombone piece played by Riker is “The Nearness of You” by Hoagy Carmichael. He is seen playing the opening notes of the tune in the later episode “Conundrum” after having had his memory wiped.

We’ve been talking about that a lot in these early episodes. Wesley leaves the holodeck and gets the floor wet. Cyrus and Felix leave the Holodeck and fizzle out. Picard is hit by a snowball leaving the holodeck. Anything in there shouldn’t be able to leave and anything brought in should stay if they turn off the holodeck. Soooo, if Riker expends his bodily fluids they should remain.
No one is ordering those. Well, maybe, those cosplay folks are freaks.
