hello hive mind,
here’s the question : based strictly on the Tobey Maguire movies, does it look like Aunt May knows of Peter Parker’s secret identity as Spider Man? Or was she speaking in general terms? 
Personally, I thot she suspected in Spider-Man 2…but didn’t know for sure.
Of course she knows he is a super hero but she think he’s Superman 
Seriously, they do hint to it but it never go beyond that. In my mind she does not, she do know that Peter knows Spiderman because of it’s work as the “official” photographer and this is why she give him the speech in S2.
Of course, with the reboot coming next we will never know the truth of the Raimiverse.
