I really liked the episode, although I feel more confused than ever. And I have to admit, I was expecting Ellen to be more confrontational with John/Cavil. That said, I loved the scenes between the two. Kate Vernon is wonderful to watch.
There is definitely a link between Daniel and Starbuck. Is Starbuck a version of Daniel or is Daniel her father?
I almost fell off the couch when Anders said Chief & Tory were madly in love. Great reactions from Chief & Starbuck.
I’m going to rewatch the episode, continue to consult the GWC forum, the wiki, etc. and try to get some clarity before next week. At least we cannot say we’re going to be bored by these last 5 episodes.
Here’s hoping no one’s brain explodes from trying to sort this out.
Put this in your pipe and smoke it too - if the FF had all these swell ideas about how to try and get the metallic Cylons to stand down, why didn’t they give them a shot on Erf - their own planet? Instead of standing around at some summer arts festival or whatever it was? Or maybe Erf was not nuked by metallic Cylons.
