I love how we have given up our individual ability to make change in the world. We must have someone do it for us and that person need no qualifications for the job. Why would we think that any of the people that are part of the broken system would be able to fix it? They don’t want to fix it, it is part of their agenda. Can’t we do a little more thinking and a little less listening?

Yeah, they tend to freak out around here but in this case it was justified. They get storms like this every five years or so. So, everyone has seen it before, but nobody is prepared.
And this year we’re getting two within a week. Good times.

I was referring to software at the time so that is why I thought it was weird. It is also very odd for the “old man” to be aware of anything especially in regards to tech before anyone. This is a man who didn’t figure out maximizing and minimizing a screen or dragging the corner to adjust the window size till the 21st century. :eek:
I guess I got a bit more of a bubble then I thought with GWC, Podcasts and Twitter. This actually turned out to be signs of my salvation knowing I am insulated from the craziness and insanity of the “real” or “common” world.
