i’m a bit confused here. At the end of the show, do we see 2 Atlantis cities? One Ancient and one Asuran-replicated? So going by the conversation between Weir and o"Neil, the Atlantis Team took over the Asuran-replicated city? What happened to the original one?
Basically, what happened is that in The Return Part 1, we found a stranded group of Ancients. Those Ancients kicked us out of the city (except Jack and Woolsey), then the Asurans showed up and took Atlantis from them. In Part 2, we defeated the Asurans, and since they killed all the Ancients we rescued, we took the city back.
There were two Asuran Atlantis type cities that I can think of. The first one, we sabotaged in Progeny. The other was created by a renegade group of Asurans and was destroyed by the main Asurans.
