I don’t remember exactly when I came up with this, but I realized that discounting a few things, these two had very similar fighting styles.
To keep it balanced, hand to hand and knives only. No guns or Canary Cry.

Gonna say Sarah. But if she was up against the Huntress she would get her clock cleaned
Sarah is awesome, but the giant white shemale doesn’t have abilities such as Canary Cry…
Aw man, I love ‘em both. But in the end, Sarah’s been trained to fight the bad guys by the best military personnel in the country while Canary’s been trained to fight by the Justice Society (most specifically Wildcat). One fights regular ol’ humans while the other fights supervillains. Have to give it to Canary.
Sarah will always be the winner in my eyes. She can do (almost) no wrong.
Never watched Chuck, so I will have to vote for Dinah.
