Actually, she’s piloted several, of Goa’uld, Asgard, and Terran design. 
Sort of. Real vampires are extinct. Their preserved blood is what gave The Five their abnormal abilities. Tesla found a way to convert himself into a vampire, based on the blood, but he’s not really the same as the original ones.
