I’m just happy I got permission from my chain of command to take the first day of Comic Con off, provided I bring back some shwag to my division officer the next day.

7:30-8:30 Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog— Sing along with your fellow fans at this screening of the original three acts of Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog, hosted by the California Browncoats, complete with lyrics books and call backs! Dr. Horrible stars Neil Patrick Harris (How I Met Your Mother), Nathan Fillion (Castle, Firefly) and Felicia Day (The Guild) and was written by Joss Whedon (Serenity), Jed Whedon (Dollhouse), Zack Whedon (Fringe), and Maurissa Tancharoen (Dollhouse). Wife and i were thinking of going there after Wootstock, or at least leaving early to go see it. I was in boot camp when the film came out so i never saw it in theaters.

We will be carpooling and getting together a shuttle crew to and from the host house in Clairemont Mesa (this is why the email factor- not our house)!
