Well, she instantly stopped crying when Athena took her into her arms. And Boomer seemed to have an issue with that, like she had tried to soothe Hera and hadn’t succeeded and was jealous that Athena could. So I thought it was implied that Hera could indeed recognize her mother from all Eight models.
They still had to take her to Cottle, though, because obviously Simon isn’t a such a good pediatrician after all or there was no Simon aboard.
Okay I remember that now.
Simon seems to be more adept at yanking things out of people and Cylons than pediatrics !!
Maybe the Cylons aren’t any good at pediatric care because they’ve never had babies around before. It would be weird, to have a culture like the Cylons’ in which there are no children–and no childhood–and everybody just springs to life as fully-formed adults.

[spoiler]The basestar jumps in right on top of the Fleet, but Athena realizes that for some reason, the Demetrius isn’t there with them. In Galactica’s CIC (yay! CIC, it’s been so long since we saw ye!), Adama and Tigh are shocked at the appearance of this new visitor. Adama yells for the Fleet to make an emergency jump; the President’s shuttle is also en route, and he orders it priority landing on Galactica. Back on the basestar, Athena figures out that the basestar’s comm system was fried in the last jump (boy, must’ve been a rough jump, to lose the Demetrius and destroy the comm system), and Vipers are closing in on the basestar. Kara and Six look pissed and nervous. Galactica’s big guns (yay! the big guns are back, too!) have a firing solution. Tigh mumbles to himself that something isn’t right as he stares at the DRADIS. As Adama counts down the order to fire, Tigh yells at Hoshi to hold his fire. Adama and everybody else give Tigh a “WTF?” look. Dun dun duuun. Looks like a good one, folks.[/spoiler]

Looks like we have a ten minute preview every hour on the hour 'till 4 ET again on Friday…I don’t know whether to be happy (yea!!:D) or irritated (boo!!:mad:)…I’ll just watch it and play by ear.
Resist the temptation! I won’t watch clips of more than 3m… 10 minutes is already 23% of the show that won’t be as thrilling on Friday night.
But good lords of Kobol this is going to be AWESOME.
But the online banter during the preview is always so much fun ! And we get to walk around all day with that “I know what happens but I don’t know what it means yet” look !!
