I didn’t pay much attention when this episode was on, but now I have a Border Collie. As I recall, he was walking the dog while carrying a Holey Roller. My dog is similarly obsessed with that toy.
I wonder if anyone knows who that dog was. Was the dog credited? Sure, she didn’t have a speaking part…but hey Lassie always got credited.

So sorry I just wanted to clarify the change in actor.
Sorry I do not know who the dog was but the dog on the ship was the border collie. Since he only had to sit and be hansom that comes natural for BCs he may have been someone’s family pet.
That is what I thought. Especially since Lampkin was carrying the hole-y roller. My dog would follow anyone anywhere if they had that in their hand.
I was just wondering, and I figured if anyone might know, WaterCooler folks would know. Or I guess the BC forum…
