it was good. lame ending for the fight with the badguy/monster, but leeloo was pretty hot throughout

I actually just went to see the movie today. Honestly – it was pretty darn cool. I didn’t go into it with super high expectations, and was actually slightly surprised. From a purely Ahhhh! standpoint, it was an incredibly solid horror flick. Definitely a bit different from the other movies, though. Kind of Dawn of the Dead meets Mad Max meets The Birds meets The Hills Have Eyes

The obligatory “Boss Fight” really didn’t need to be in the movie.
Where was Jill Valentine!?! Not even a mention of her? C’mon.
Yah, I was wondering where Valentine was, which with the death of (SPOILER) in the explosion pissed me off. He was AWESOME!
i was let down with the boss fight, totally lame ending to the fight.
These movies are great, and as I mentioned earlier – “Aliens” thought me to always love hot chicks killing monsters - there’s nothing wrong with that. My son and I saw the third RE movie this weekend, and it was worth the $8… He did ask why some people transformed almost immediately, while others take days. I had to patiently explain that it all depended is what best fit the plot outline discussed in the development meetings at the studio.
