Also gotta point out that with Red Dwarf and Spoilers don’t matter to much. Continuity between episodes and seasons is spotty at best. I mean. Lister has had is appendix removed like 5 times.

Oh it only happens once on the show, but you do get to see it. And its pretty fun. Just wait till season 6. Its just mentioned multiple times. It was mentioned in Thanks for the Memory.

Former Red Dwarf star Danny John-jules has been found guilty of attacking two refuse collectors.
The British actor was arrested in February on suspicion of causing actual bodily harm following the incident outside his London home.
John-Jules is said to have accosted the men wearing only a bathrobe and slippers, after they failed to empty his trash bin. He then lashed out at the pair, punching and kicking them.
Magistrates at a London court found the 47-year-old guilty at a hearing on Thursday. But they ruled there was no evidence to support claims he had wielded a knife during the attack.
John-Jules is due to be sentenced next month.
As an FYI I have gotten up to series 7. For some inexplicable reason Netflix doesn’t have the third DVD (last four episodes) available via streaming, so my viewing will be slowed down a bit.
