According to director Todd Phillips, the scene immediately following Neeson’s cameo was snipped from the film, which meant that Neeson’s scene had to be re-shot to help fill in the gaps and move the story forward. Unfortunately, Neeson was no longer available because he was in London shooting the sequel to "Clash of the Titans.”"

A Clash of the Titans sequel? Really? I was not aware that it made enough money to warrant a sequel… 
But it will be useless until they can figure out how to make it turn, that was the major design flaw that made them so hard to animate during the movie. I would rather he make a scout walker.
