Jalopnik first wrote about Yeaman’s plates in 2008 when they popped up online. The plate shows two small red hand prints with the words “Kids First” underneath a blank space. The money for these plates goes for domestic violence and prevention, thus it was an ironic choice when Yeaman chose the letters “EAT THE” to go on his plates.
Edit: So, I wanna know what kinda sick frak attributed the plate to being sexual? I cringed when I read that.

Hmmmm… I am skeptical of the idea of a Hunger Games movie in the first place. So much of what makes the books excellent happens in Kaniss’s head. The rest of what makes the book great is the blunt, uncompromised violence. I get why the director would want the movie to be ok for 12 year olds but I don’t see how you can have a good Hunger Games movie without some hideous, R-rated violence. I mean, how can you possibly do justice to a PG-13 rated [spoiler]Rue’s death and Katniss’s funeral lullabye[/spoiler] without dripping blood and prolonged disturbing imagery? Answer: you can’t.
