Gotta salute Rhe Brigadier…a true Dr Who staple
This makes me eternally sad. He is still one of my favourite Doctor who characters.

So very sad. I loved his character. Can’t say I knew anything about the actor but Brigadier Lethbridge-Stewart had a lot to do with my love of Pertwee’s episodes. And any episode he was in after was always a treat.
81’s not too shabby, though, and he got to be in more Doctor Who episodes than most of the actors who played The Doctor.
God’s speed to ya Brig. We will all miss you.
Have all the episodes for the new series of DW been done yet? We should at least have a mention of in memorial to him. May be next series have a whole episode dedicated to him.
