Quick BSG Jab In SG1 Season 9 Episode: The Fourth Horseman Part 2

I’m in Season 9 of my SG1 rewatch, and I laughed when Cameron Mitchell asked, about the enemy, “What,” (then he did finger quotes) “they have a plan?”

I checked timelines to be sure, and sure enough BSG was well into season 2 when this was filmed. Considering they were both on SciFi (or was it SyFy by then?) I have to think that this was a playful jab at the other show. It made me smile.

I was watching some extras off a SGA disk and a deleted unfinished scene with Ronon back on Earth had him perplexed when watching BSG on television and not quite grasping the fact it wasn’t real and John trying to explain humans like shows more entertaining than real life:)
