I am one of those rare dog/cat people. I love both. I have had both in my life and think of them equally adorable and wonderful.
However, if you were to put two into cagematch the puppy would snap the kittens neck before you could say schnauzer. Sure the kitten has claws but they are tiny and not effective weapons yet. A puppy the same age would outweigh the kitten by a ratio of 2:1.
