Is anybody else watching this show?
I’ve been watching a little bit of it on BBCAmerica, but mostly as a “There’s nothing else on” show. I think I’ve also come in to the end of the third season so I’ve missed a lot of the back story.
So far, it’s a “Not bad enough that I’ll stop watching, but not good enough that I’ll make time to catch up and watch regularly” sort of thing.
Agreed. but as there is nothing else on currently, and if you can catch the first two season’s (which is only like 7 eps a season) it would make a little more sense.

I’ll probably start catching some of the episodes on SyFy.
if you can get used to Cutters Scottish mumble, it’s OK.
I did catch one episode where the other characters on the show were making fun of his Scottish mumbling.
With BSG, Fringe, & TSCC completed or on break, I found Primeval and was pleasantly surprised. For 99 cents-per-episode in the first two seasons (iTunes) I gobbled it up. Struck me as a kind of mix of several shows I enjoy (plus a touch of Big Bang Theory).
First season: the best of the show
Second season: bigger budget, slightly darker
Third season: (based on the first 3 eps.) having trouble maintaining my enthusiasm, less character-driven, more conspiracy & monsters.
“Wilhelm” scream in every episode of the first two seasons!
