I’ve always loved that unseen story of Darcy letting on about how much he admires Lizzy to Fitzwilliam & Bingley & Georgiana. They all treat her with such enthusiasm because of him. And the sly looks they give her gives ot all away to the audience. Feels like we’ve been let in on the secret.
