There must be some fans of what could certainly be the most innovative game in the past 5 years. Also it had the best ending credits ever.
They’re working on Portal 2 but no word on when it will come out yet. They have said that it will be a prequel.
And apparently without GlaDOS.
As for being a fan (points at sig).
I’m sure it’ll be with GLaDOS, it has to be.
I’m looking forward to the expansion pack thinger for XBL later this year
I’m not. I have a PS3.
But yeah, I’m a huge fan of Portal. I’ve only beaten a few of the challenge levels, I should really get back that some time.
LIES…like the cake. I heard that there definitly not prequils, but nothing about our robot friend
So you like Portal, The Matrix, and basic economic principals?Me too!
Portal ranks very high in my all time best games.
I’ve beaten all the advanced levels and am slowly very slowly working on all the medals for shortest times, least portals…etc…
also it introduced me to Jonathan Coulton (the writer of the end song check out his website where you can listen to all his music for free) now one of my favorite singers ever
I love Portal as well! And if you have Rock Band 2, you can actually download Still Alive as a Rock Band song and play along with it!
I am so unbelievably bad at Rock Band. I am as stereotypical as one can get by being white. i have negative rhythm. I suck the rhythm out of people
Thats okay – I’m sure you have many other redeeming qualities that make up for your lack of rhythm. But at next year’s meetup, I think a little Rock Band would be fun to do as a group activity. It makes for such a great party game!
I was wandering the internet looking for ways to get my hands on old RPG’s when I bumped into Steam. Portal is free on Steam till May 24th. I was sold. The price was right. Plays on PC or Mac.
I love the game, though I find it sicky making. At the first spot where you have to jump through a portal over and over, I went green and nearly puked. Had to get my son to finish that section off for me.
The game is an original! Great fun! Though those who are easily effected by motion sickness will have to play with great care indead.
