Okay, here is the shameless pimp your blog thread. Where do you blog so we can all read each other’s blogs like the attention whores we all are?
Fair enough. I’m not very active, but I occasionally update my Alphahole blog:
In the beginning, it was weighted more towards stories, essays, and rants, lately mostly pictures with snark.
Some specific possible entertainments to GWC:
My Star Wars christmas poem: http://alphahole.net/?p=277
My thoughts, as a fat guy, on how fat guys dress: http://alphahole.net/?p=211
The worst alarm clock in the world: http://alphahole.net/?p=112
Raging against NASA a couple years ago when they performed their semi-annual ‘shit the bed’ ceremony: http://alphahole.net/?p=249
Raging against ‘anti-vaxxers’: http://alphahole.net/?p=204
There’s my “main blog” that I don’t update as much as I should: www.kentjakway.com
Then there’s my tumblr, that should be approached with caution: http://inquisitorpsyduck.tumblr.com/
Mine is in my sig but I need to get back to writing on it
Update, I’ve temporarily re-themed my site in memory of Mr. Jobs: http://alphahole.net
(if you’re reading this much later than today, it probably won’t make any sense, basically I themed it to look like an old Mac, following Boing-Boing’s example)
My blog is all .NET programming-related but you’re free to check it out: http://codermike.com/
I do randomly fire up pictures from my phone into a posterous site http://wolfbyte.posterous.com/ but these get cross-posted to twitter and facebook so if you follow me there you can see them anyway.
I have a couple of defunct blogs too. Me And The Old Man is a webcomic I was running for a while using an online comic creator tool and One Track Mind, More Than One Train was my original personal blog filled with random thoughts and embarrassing stories. I should probably get back to writing that one of these days.
I decided to start a blog because my thoughts always seem to work better in written form. It will eventually be my thoughts on geekiness in everyday life. I’ll be making my first serious post this weekend.
