Lucky is back in business with a new camera!

This weeks inspiration work. These pictures are from my school.
This is a picture from the outside window of the media center. It is reflecting a mural behind me.
My not so clean desk.
This was a lab room so there are 3 buttons to kill of the power that do not work. I put different things on them one day when I just could not help myself. One is Easy Button. The kids thought they are great. It also stopped them from always asking me what they were for.
This one of my favorite pictures I have taken yet. This is my two year old lab, Pegasus. I figured we were both getting fat as we have been housebound during this brutal winter, so we went for a walk. Admiral Cain was not spotted. I am loving this new camera.
Actually, Leah, as far as teachers’ desks go, that is a pretty organized desk. Usually, they look like pure chaos.
Pegasus looks like snow is fun. Great picture too.
Not a picture I took but it’s my nephew’s first art project. 
I helped him make the houses and the roads so he could go to Grandma’s and Aunt Shellie’s house!

I am tempted to get a new camera. So does anyone have a really great working camera? I want one that is more than a point and shoot kind. Cannon now has a digital camera that I could use my old lenses on if I want to. So anyone have some great toys? A woman can dream.
Oh Cannon 5D Mark 2 sounds like the same camera that I have (non digital) with lots of new digital toys. Oh no I do not want to know what it costs. GeepBrief.TV # 508 discusses it.
Well I just got my First Digital SLR this past Nov. I bought the Canon Rebel XSI and its awesome… Takes great pics and had a lot of good reviews and is not as heavy as some others. As a beginner for SLR pics I recommend this Camera. Best Buy and others have a lot of deals and ou might be able to get a package deal with an extra lens. But when you buy the UV lens or a circular Polarized lens check out amazon they have some good deals and some are almost 1/2 off.
I have a feeling that some of my filters etc. will work on the new cameras. I may finally take a big plunge. I however need the money first.

G10 looks like a nice camera! my first digital camera was a G2 and still is a great camera. does the G10 still have the swivel lcd screen.
Not this one, though it does have a very nice LCD screen. The thing I like about it is how closely I can zoom in on small objects, like the photo I had with the iced over pine needles.
Never fear, I’ve taken my pictures over the past week 
See, if I post this now, then I HAVE to get them up on flickr by tomorrow. Sneaky motivation, right?
OK. I think I’m going to “cheat” and rather than taking one picture for each day I’ve missed, well, I have some that I really like from the same day. So there!
