Yes you are right. He’s a person DRIVEN to do things he doesn’t want to do but has to. Should be interesting to see where this goes. BTW whats up with Miss Pond? I think I know and it was possibly shown in the show tonite.

I just saw ep 1 last night. I loved the story, even though it was a bit confusing at first. I am warming up to the new Doctor. I miss DT still, but will have to move on! I think this season has a lot of potential, and can’t wait to see more episodes. This new Doctor is a great actor- I have not seen him in anything else yet, but I really enjoyed his performance last night.

I watched the new Who last night on OnDemand. While the story dragged a little, I’m totally on-board. The new Doctor is great and IMHO, Amy Pond may be the best companion in years. I found myself totally infatuated with her, and there’s some really good chemistry brewing between the Doctor and her after even just this one episode.
I think we’re in for a very, very fun ride with this iteration of Who!
Well then, I have been cheating on Tom Baker for YEARS…(not as cute as DT but still MY DOCTOR, after all.)
I’m brand new to Whoville and I loved this first episode. Having the special Ultimate Doctor guide air right before was a huge help to a newbie like me. I can see that changing doctors is tough. I hope this series keeps going on and on so I can experience more myself. I’m hooked.
