Cool. I prefer the later episodes with Mike and the bots, but they’re both funny and I’ll be sure to check it out. I really don’t understand the east coast vs. west coast thing between the two host’s fans.
I am one of those rare ones who liked both Mike and Joel. It looks as tho Mike and Joel may not care for each other, or simply business obligations are keeping them from working together. It looks like Kevin Murphy and Bill Corbett (Crow and Tom Servo) are dedicated to Mike and Riffrax as they are specifically not mentioned in Joel’s announcement.
I was aware of Riffrax but quite honestly was a little put off by having to pay. I know…I am willing to pay $1 for a song, $1.99 for a tv episode…why not 2 or 3.99 for an overdub from three people known to make me laugh out loud?
I can’t explain it. Part of the problem I suppose is having to find the two hours at home to actually rent a movie, sync it up and watch it.
Tanstaafl…sounds like you have sampled their wares…is there one that stands out as a must have?
