Absolutely down for this one – not my personal favourite Miyazaki piece, but thoroughly enjoyable nonetheless!
You know Miyazaki’s films are just such breaths of fresh air these days. His running theme of environmental activism and yearning to relive more innocent times are never more relevant than now, with the recession, war, and global warming swirling all around us.
Nausicaa is probably the earliest Miyazaki work I’ve seen other than Conan. I look forward to it.
I love having the in-laws visit, I just wish they could have come yesterday. 
I’ve never seen Nausicaa, and I can’t think of better folks to see it with.

Personally this will be my first time seeing it. I’m sure I’ve seen bits and pieces over the years but I’ve never stopped and sat down and watched it
Darn! This is what I get for taking a break from the forum. I love Miyazaki, but I’ve never seen this one, so I would’ve definitely tried to hop in on the rewatch if I’d known about it earlier. Oh well, just another reason why I should spend more time here…
