I was just reading my E-mail. Master Replicas is apparently ending it’s Star Wars affiliation and won’t be making any more Star Wars Stuff. I don’t own any, but I’m sure some of you do, their replicas seem to be really nice work !!
What caught my eye though was a mention that they are going to be offering BATTLESTAR GALACTICA items in the future !! I’d love to see some of their high quality work on a few BSG items !! If anyone has more info I’d be very interested !
Weird. Last year or so, they announced that they had bought the license and then called it off because a few other prop replica companies were going to be doing some things. I’m sad that their run with Star Wars has come to an end since they’ve done some really cool stuff (FX Lightsabers are AWESOME- I’ve got an Obi-Wan Ep III version). Back last year they said that they were going to be making a pistol and helmet, so it’s possible that those will be two of the early products we see.
I want a 1:1 replica of Battlestar Pegasus to put on my Christmas tree.
