I dunno, I recently played through as a full renegade female Shepard and she was kind of cool and strangely attractive.

Actually, that shot of Ash at the beginning of the trailer looked a lot like the scene where you meet her in ME1. I wouldn’t count her out quite yet. (Unless you sent her to her death in ME1. In which case, well, you’ve already made your count.)
I play only on the PC, having no sort of gaming console in the house but 5 computers (for the 2 of us!). It’s still freaking awesome. 
The way I played ME1, there wasn’t a lot of difference between the male and female Shepard. Some of the character speech was different but they pretty much played the same. And you still see the female hiney, no matter which sex of Shepard you play.
I believe it’s from the new one, if you look closely there’s bugs swarming her and that’s what takes her down, then in the next frame you see what I can only assume is a Collector with the same said bugs flying around on what looks like the same planet/city
edit: and I assume whenever this scene takes place they’re going to interchange Ashley and Kaidan depending on who you let live
also I’ve gotta say after seeing this trailer this morning I am very glad I took next Friday off just to play this 
preordered mine from gamestop.com with overnight shipping, I have next Friday off just to play this and I’ll have it Wednesday after I get home from work, so Wednesday night I’ll probably just install it and not bother starting (yes its going to be hard not to)
that way when I get home Thursday night I can become glued to my chair for the next 3 days straight

I’m gonna have to disagree with you there Chuck. When you meet her in ME1 she’s running from Geth with her helmet on firing an AR. In the trailer she’s standing with some civvis with no helmet and then shootin at bug things

There are a few women in this world that are so hot they are meant to be blonds. The dark hair darkens up her face and IMO makes her look older. It isn’t that Miranda is not attractive but when you start with Yvonne there is only one way to go. Even the greatest of artists couldn’t improve on her.
