Lucky finally watches BSG: TOS! Heavy Drinking recommended!

Lucky,

Props to you sir. You are getting better and better at this. The screencapping definitely helps us feel your pain and remember some of the details we have worked so hard to scour from our brains. I truly laughed out loud at some of your observations and had to cover it up with a fake cough as I am reading these at work.

Priceless! More! More please!

Thanks! Y’all keep reading them, and I will keep watching them. IQ loss be damned. I think these come out better when I watch them when I don’t have drama going on in my life.

Huh, learn something new every day. I had assumed they used a kid or a smaller person. Thanks for your comments, Ethan. I am learning a lot about BSG: TOS from them.

For real? Holy Craap! I had no idea…

I have always had a soft spot in heart for the original series. And listening/reading Richard Hatch’s comments over the last couple of weeks have reminded of that, but I have to say that your take on these episodes is hilarious. I have really enjoyed reading every one. And in ways that I never imagined.

And I sorry to hear about your recent relationship troubles. Hope things get better soon.

Yeah, the kids at least knew who he was.

When I try to compare the original to the new BSG, the one thing that keeps coming to mind is…

OS BSG is like reading little red riding hood.

New BSG is like the movie Freeway (with Reese Witherspoon)

yes its the same story. but it is not even close to being for the same age bracket.

the OS BSG was aimed right at me when I was 12. ( and I loved it.)

the new BSG is aimed right at me now and I am …(well I was 12 for the first one.) (and i love it)

I think your picture up there says it all. You look so thrilled to be doing this. You’re kind of like Jesus, but not in a sacrilegious way. (Okay, maybe a LITTLE sacrilegious.) Thanks for taking another one for the team.

Thank you for the kind thots.

the look is resigned—why do I torture myself?

Gotta admit I’m laughing hard at these since I did the same kind of reactions when I watched the series in full too…

one thing that always bugged me… Baltar had ZERO motive to go and screw humanity… they never explained WHY he betrayed humanity… never even a mention of it… just … “Grrrrr, I’m EVIL… hate all humans!!”… ummm, why dude?

Wasn’t he supposed to be set up as ruler of a world or something?

I miss Lucky.

They never really said… unless it was edited out of the DVDs, or was breezed over so FAST I missed it…
