I’m sick today too. Called in sick to work last nite, will probably do the same tonite. Back is in a vise, dizzy, congested, wahhh wahhh wahhh. Luckily I have nothing too pressing to accomplish today.
Grey hair ! Pretty much the only reason I sport a ‘high and tight’ type haircut is because I can shave off the frakking grey at my temples !! I also have a blond spot right on the top of my head that has slowly been turning white over the past few years, kind of like a low-flying bird just passed over.
Of course, this leaves the question of what to do when other, um, places begin to grey. But we’ll trim that bridge when we get to it, I guess.

Good advice. I don’t know what I was thinking. But here’s a great tip I got from my neighbor about outside-on-the-house Christmas lights. Use velcro. Easy to put up. And then when it’s time to take 'em down (usually in the cold of January when getting on a ladder is even more treacherous) you just pull 'em down. What’s also cool is that velcro (spoiler alert) was invented by the Vulcans

LITST because…not only can’t we hire people or buy pretty much anything at work anymore, but they’re cracking down on internet usage. Sooo…no reading GWC until evening now!!! My first day of a (practically) internet-free workplace kinda sucked.

Argh! I’ve been trying to order a couple items from one specific website all day and the site is DOWN. I’ve searched online and it’s the ONLY place I can order the items. ARGH! ARGH! ARGH! FRAK! FRAK! FRAK! 
Yay! I emailed the company that hosts the store and they were unaware and they fixed it immediately and emailed me back. Now I feel much better–ordered the items. Whew!!! One of the items was a GWC Xmas exchange item, so I wanted to make sure I’d have it in time to ship it. Happy dance–grumpiness slightly abated! (slightly)
