After posting about this on the “What are you listening to?” thread, it dawned on me that a lot of people here might be interested in this.
The 9/20/08 episode of NPR’s Wait Wait… Don’t Tell Me! featured special “not my job” guest Leonard Nimoy, and it’s very very funny.

The best part about it was that Peter Sagal, the awesome host, was SOOOOO excited to be interviewing him.
That was one of the funniest “Wait! Wait!” shows I’ve heard. The best moment was when the female panel member (forgot who it was) asked a question that Leonard Nimoy said he was very moved by, and Peter Segel cried: “I can’t believe this! You’re not even a fan and he likes you best! I knew we shouldn’t have let any girls in here!”
