Kettle Bells

I got a gift card for some sporting goods, so now I have a pair of 25, a pair of 35 and a pair of 50lb kettle bells.

I’ve been in the military, active and reserve for some time and while I’m in good shape I’m trying to be get to awesome shape. In addition to regular cardio and personal resistance training, I figured this would be helpful withat goal.

Anyone got any tips or anything?
