Just some theories( spoilerish)

These have probably been stated before but I haven’t seen them…or haven’t tried ANYWHO. Here are my theories:

-The Piano man is Starbuck’s father and he could be the “dead” Daniel Model thus making her a hybrid like Hera. Yes this is a flawed theory but you have to admit it would be interesting and would also help to explain why her mother would beat her. She could have been “resurrected” some how by a series of Daniel models.

-Cavil is not the one who wanted Hera Boomer takes her on her own accord or on orders from someone else

Those are all my theories for now. Comment on them and post your own

Some observations of mine:

Roslin= the mystic/ broken leader
Starbuck= The lost rebel looking for purpose yet has a great destiny
Caprica Six = the one who desires peace, love, and security(the mother/wounded woman archtype)
Ellen= The force to maintain balance, the creator who tries to set things right
Boomer= The betrayer who does not know what to live for and shows a frequent bad judgment
Adama= the tradition whose views are being tested by the situation
Apollo= The one who must come into his own and not be in the shadow of others
Gaelen= The one who is responsible and tries to do what is right but is ruled by his emotions, he sees the good in people
Cavil= The scorned child who wants to lash out at the world because he hates what he is (not himself just what he is as he sees it- a skin bag without the perfection of true machines)
Gaius Baltar- the conflicted rogue who is out for himself and yet deep down desires to help people. He is self-serving and can’t stand for others to realize that

Baltar is Han Solo? :stuck_out_tongue:

Baltar (To a woman, re: “The Death Star”): “Blow this thing, kid, so we can all go home!”

 no, not so much Han Solo because Star Wars is more of a hero’s tail, and Han has heroic qualities and a stronger sense of morality

Galatica is more of a drama and it’s a Heck of a lot more dead on when it comes to human reactions. Gaius is more of a coward who is learning to do the right thing but he will always try to hide who he is - A cowardly man who has standards they’re just VERY low

don’t get penisy kid

really? I’m not trying to be mean, but really? >.>

Oh, yeah! I loved that!

Well that would be an interesting turn of events. And I’d welcome it more than what we’ve got going.

But how do you figure this?

Well I’m going on Boomer’s personality as fluxiating as it may be, I do not think she trusts Cavil anymore than anyone else. I think something in her head is guiding her and that she could hurt anyone and everyone but a child (and Gaelen). She is taking Hera for a reason…

If she did bring Hera to Cavil than she has plans beyond his.

Why would Boomer do what she did? Rushing her to Cavil (maybe he needs a hybrid for his ship) would be a reason. Maybe she’s just a crazy 8, like most of 'em

The 8’s aren’t crazy they’re just hyper emotional and rarely use logic in tough situations. (like most people do actually)

Why would Cavil need Hera? Hera respresents what he hates- a human who is yet a machine. He would kiddnapp her to kill her most likely or to spite the rebels and the humans.
Besides I doubt he could use her as hybrid computer (let’s just use this to avoid confusion) she’s very young and diffrent than hybrid computers at least on a mental level

I hope you are right.
