But thanks for the link. I don’t know if I’ll warm up to the new movie right away, but it won’t be for lack of trying. I’m optimistic at this point.
I’m optimistic also. I’m treating it like its just another scifi release in May. It’s not Star Trek. It just happens to have the same names. Same way I approached the new BSG in '03.
Yet I wasn’t as invested in BSG as I am in Star Trek. '78 BSG was a campy show that reminded me of Star Wars and as a child I would play as Starbuck and Apollo. Star Trek has raised me. It is in my blood.
