Jeremiah

After Babylon 5, JMS (J. Michael Straczynski) tried his hand at a new series on Showtime called ‘Jeremiah’. It’s based on the graphic novel series of the same name by Belgian author Hermann Huppen. It’s a post-apocalyptic story where a virus kills everyone over the age of puberty. The child survivors have grown up and are just trying to survive. It was short-lived series because of creative differences between MGM and JMS.

Anywho, I just noticed that Kandyse McClure (Dualla) and Tricia Helfer (Six) had limited supporting roles.

I actually watched all the episodes, but can’t remember a damn thing about it. Not a good indicator for the shows quality.

To be honest I watched them all also and remember it vaguely. I think it’s cause it didn’t go anywhere. The story didn’t get a chance to get off the ground. Crusade suffered the same fate.

Unfortunately that is not an excuse. Firefly was only a handful of episodes and look at its impact.

Answer myself on that one, didn’t I? Oh boy.
