Is the Firefly theme part of an actual song or is what we hear on the show the extent of it. I frakkin love that theme and any chance to hear more of it would be great
Joss Whedon wrote it and that’s all there is to it.
However there is an excellent filk sound out there that was created on the premise that the song that we know is actually the chorus. Plug, “firefly michele dockery” into Google and some good results come up, including some people who took her song and made a video out of it…like this:
