I am having a hell of a time keeping my iPad2 charged. It seems to be a fairly recent problem- as in the last month or so. I am not using it any differently than I have since I bought it last summer. My kids do play games on it, but it never seemed to affect the battery life. The stupid thing will completely drain and turn off in about 1/2 a day now, where it never used to do that before. Does anyone else have this issue? Or can you suggest where I can start or what I can do first to check it out?
Sorry Reg. In the 5 iPad2’s that my extended family has, none of them have experienced any battery issues like you are describing.
I had shitty battery life with the first IOs update they released. The second one fixed it though - does your iPad have all the updates?
Yes, it has ios5, and we update whenever a new one comes out. It’s so strange. I may just do a restore.
