Had a thought from the cast, when Chuck brought up Older self speakign to younger self and the scene with Spock Prime (Nimoy) and younger Spock (Quinto)…even with the new timeline we are working with…there are still one or two things that Kirk and co. Spock Prime may want to divulge…

  1. Jim, make sure your borther doesn’t take that outpost job…flying parasites, just nasty…

  2. Watch out for probes (NOMAD, Voyager Six) real pains in the ass

  3. Leave teh Hortas alone!! They can actually help out!

  4. If you see a derelict ship floating around called “Botany Bay”…blow that thing up! Trust me. takes care of a lot of drama later.

I made a joke, during the movie that Old Spock hands 3 sealed letters to Kirk. one has written on the envelope (open in 1 year)

inside it says " The botany bay IS Khan noonian Sing. In the correct history You beam aboard, see his crew in stasis, beam back to the enterprise and destroy the ship useing photon Torpedos" This will set the timeline right.

Envelope 2: Open If the Enterprise EVER time travels to 20th centuary earth.

If for some reason you don’t just blow up the Botany Bay and come in contact with Khan and end up marooning him somewhere make sure you get Starfleet to quarantine the entire system. There’s really no need to conduct research anywhere near the planet.
