I am sitting here wondering what events might have occured to cause Dirk to start fading.

Did Dirk try and travel forward in time and attempt to thwart the creation of the re-imagined series, only to actually remove the original from existence?

Was he determined to keep the Starbuck character male? Will Dirk be replaced by Lee Majors or Farah Fawcett?

Will our memories change?

Is younger Dirk at this very moment visiting older Dirk? What was said? What was done? Did they kiss?

Did older Dirk visit RDM and steal the final scripts, send them Back to the Past? Is this whole incident the reason for BSG’s hiatus? Is it a Sciffy cover-up?

Are the Libyans involved?

If Pike were to replace Dirk with Katee some how…By like the third week of the BTTF arc…I dunno what I’ll do. But it’ll be grand.

I do know that SOMETHING has gone wrong with the timeline. Because all of the sudden I’m having a memory of Dirk Benedict as s a smooth-talking con-man who serves as the appropriator of vehicles and other useful items for a group called the “A Team”–a team which also includes George Peppard and Mr. T. What an absurd idea!!
That couldn’t possibly be right!! Someone is messing with the our timeline? And Dirk is the key!
