This is from the early 90s sitcom “Get a Life” starring Chris Elliott; Elliott plays imbecilic paperboy Chris Peterson. In this episode, to his own delight, he finds an alien in the wreckage of a spaceship. But instead of being an ET, or even a Mac, the alien, SPEWEY (Special Person Entering the World Egg Yolks) is a beligerent, vile little monster who beats the crap out of everyone it sees and projectile vomits when angry:
