Maybe it’s the ex-Catholic/ex-Evangelical (long story. Remind me to tell it sometime) in me that still recoils at things like this. I’ve certainly SAID things that are much worse than these pictures. :eek:
I laughed gut-bustingly hard when I read this. I guess it’s the ex-IT employee in me and having to listen to my husband complain about IT that makes this one so funnny.

I’ve got a strange relationship with religion and God. This doesn’t seem like the right thread to discuss it in, but maybe we can start one to talk about deeper things like this, so long as we keep it civilized. It’s been a while since we’ve had a philosophical discussion round these parts.
Oh heck, Armando, I could argue that a “Funny Pictures” thread would be a fabulous thread to discuss organized religion! =)
Kidding aside, I’m up for the topic as well – sci-fi dances around theology as an endless supply of both inspiration and criticism, so as fans of the genre, I’m sure we all have something insightful to contribute.
Agree on the idea of having a discuss religion thread. It’s even germane to BSG… remember back when we were discussing what if any role any kind of something resembling a deity might have in the BSG universe?

That reminds me of a video of a two-legged cat I saw recently (rear legs and tail were injured, and had to be amputated.) I won’t embed the video, since the poster frame can be disturbing, but I find it quite sweet. Take a look, if you’re inclined.
