Its an interesting theory. But something happened in COE that would not support the theory. I wonder if a disembodied head of Cpt Jack would form a new body or the body would produce a head. We need Captain Jack back in something.

Interesting theory. I certainly hope the Jack and the 11th Doctor get to meet soon, it seems only fitting that they would. Perhaps they could drop some hints for us about Boe.
