Not to be critical of the whims of the superrich, but…the smoky quartz base just seems out of place…smooth obsidian, sandstone (nod to Tatooine), and anything that would have been not huge juts of stone would have worked, but the Falcon just gets lost in that setting.
It could be meant to portray the asteroid from Empire Strikes Back.
