I don’t think Skakespere intended it as anti-war, but this movie interpretation of Henry V I think is pretty much anti-war—at least in contrast to earlier Henry V movies.
branagh’s was in proximity to the falkland thing, I believe, and anti was the theme
I’m sure it could be used as both. That’s great writing when all characters are realized and explored and all angles covered.
I agree. I’ve seen that one.
yeah, well, inbreeding + leeches = lots of dying young
Okay, LETS WATCH IT AGAIN!!
Just kidding
is it getting late for you two?

As stated, this was fun. Thanx Thot for bringing it up. I gotta to go nite nite. You remember what happened last time I didn’t sleep.
Yeah, a bit. Have you watched the theatrical trailer on the DVD. It’s really …kind of crap.

Good night, my friend. Thanks! I really enjoyed this. There’s something to be said for small group of good folk.

good night boys!
Okay, Lady D, give me kiss and a huig, and I’m off to bed.
This was really fun. Thanks for doing this with me.
i really lke the idea of writing it and allow the audience to interpret. I’ll give you the facts and create the scenes and paint the picture. You experience it. Even with TOS Trek’s very heavy handfed plots, there are parts that resonate on a deeper broader level. Can’t site one now cuz me tired. But they’re there. hehe
sleep, talos, sleep
what’s that word Simon used on River?
Never happen. I was brought up by Pike on this board. Cranky old bastard.
