He Moved! I felt it this time, I did!

Saul Tigh is awesome when its just raw Saul, like when he feels his baby kick for the first time. Its almost like poetry how he says things. So cool to see Saul genuinely happy.

agreed… just the imense joy he show, while saying nothin… amazin

I still crackup that he still uses the slur “skinjob”

Actually, I think it was… “He Moooooved!”

EDIT: “Craaaap” takes on a whole new meaning, now that Tigh’s a daddy, doesn’t it?

As soon as they called the baby “he”, it occurred to me that the baby is Daniel. There’s no other way for him to be unboxed, so he made a new Cylon body for himself.

That has become my and my wife’s favorite catchphrase since Friday night, and I promised to say it often, and with eyepatch in place, whenever we have a baby.

Sadly, that means something’s about to hit the fan. This is Battlestar after all.

I loved the way the camera went back and forth between the two of them, then shot to six’s belly. Brilliant.

I liked the way he came back to his bunk ready to drink before the Six ssnapped him back to his new reality. Hogan was great this episode.

giggles Michael Hogan just lights up my day so often—put him with Tricia, add the cuteness factor of a baby, and nothing can get me down.

He’s a great actor. It always seems—at least to me—he steals whatever scene he is in.

I’m predicting his happiness is going to be short lived.

Being this is Battlestar that’s almost assured.

I had the same thought. It also occurred to me that that may have been the first time we saw Tigh smile since Ellen died. I may be wrong but I can’t remember another time

I felt my son.

It was so great.

If Tigh’s and CapricaSix’s happiness over their son moving doesn’t scream “DANGER! BAD THINGS TO COME!”, peeps haven’t been watching BSG.

I fear this child will not come to pass…

Whether it is mythology driven, as was the humanization of Nicky and leaving Hera the only 1/2 Hylon-1/2 human child, or just fear driven from humans(recall Ishay’s face over the ultrasound)…I think CapricaSix (and the child) will be killed.

Poor Tigh…

OT: Did the Five create their eight children to be unable to procreate naturally? Or do we think they did not have the technology? From what Anders said, the Five were natural born Cylons, much in the vein of humans…
