For some more “adult” Felicia Day, check out this clip of her from Episode 9 of “The Legend Of Neil”. Funny, funny stuff with her doing her guest starring role as a fairy.
Yep, that’s it. Funny, I watched my link earlier tonight! Bad timing, I guess.
Thanks for getting a live link.
Nah, it happens all the time. Atom prolly ran it w/o permission, blah blah blah.
I listened to the podcast today at work, it made me want to rewatch The Guild. But since my work blocks good sites like that I will have to wait until tonight after the kids go to bed.
Sean said that he always plays women in MMOs and spends hours making them just right. He should try Second Life. You can costumize everything from the hight of your eyebrows to the size of your and everything in between ( yes boobs too) and in a week if you get tired of he way you look you can change it again, change as often and as many times as you like.
Actually, it’s pretty kid friendly. Clara is a massively irresponsible parent, but her kids don’t seem to mind.

Damn, I’m still trying to keep my hair on when I teleport…
Ironically, I was typing that post on my iPhone while I ignore my 5 year old who was playing in the bath. I think she survived. Sounds like Clara too me
Star Trek: TNG episode, The Game, is on the Sci Fi channel right now. Get to watch how they all become junkies. d:
As well as the start of Ashley Judd’s acting career.
BTW, any one want to provide a glossary for those of us MMO noobs?
Hrm, a lot of the terms are borrowed from RPGs. I’m not conversant in MMORPG, really, but I’ll give it a start:
“MMO” is short for “MMORPG” or Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game, ie. a computer game that allows more than, say, ten or twenty people to interact at once.
“Tank” is a powerful Fighter/Warrior/whatever. Dishes a lot of damage and takes a lot.
“Tank and Spank” is, outside the Music Video context, a raid/sorte that relies on one or more Tanks dealing the damage.
What else?
Sean kept on saying, “Gank”
When a group of people gang up on one player and kill him
What else?
Dude, nice pull. You beat me to it.
Rock on.
Hey, I’m the newb on the board, I gotta make a name some how.

I was clicking around Felicia Day’s website and saw on her last.fm page that she was listening to the podcast! how cool is that?
That. Is. OSSIM!
DPS means Damage per Second.
Buff, in the RPG/MMO sense, is to cast or use abilities that protects you and/or your party from harm.
DOT means Damage over Time, like a poison or similar spell, action, or ability.
Aggro or Agg, short for Aggression, means to get the attention of an enemy. The term is so ingrained that “Wife Aggro,” “Husband Aggro,” or “Children Aggro” are used and are synonymous with AFK.
Mob or mobs are NPC (non-player character [AI controlled]) enemies.
Wipe is when your party or raid group gets killed by a mob or mobs.
Nuke means to use heavy damage magic spells or a target.
A popular, and NSFW, example of different terms is in the viral (almost 2.5 million views) Youtube video, Onyxia Wipe Animation.
Repeat: NSFW (use headphones)
There are many “remixes” of the above video since it’s so popular. I don’t play WoW, but here’s a remix video of an actual Onyxia raid.
Again, you’ll want to use headphones if you are in polite company.
Should I post Leroy Jenkins? d:
Edit: Oh gah! I didn’t notice the thread had a second page now. Sorry.
That’s almost too cool! What WOULD be too cool is if she gave the team an interview for part 2!
Could she be prepping for a potential interview?
